摘要
通过井下采煤对比试验,分析了镶铸截齿与锻造针焊截齿的损坏特点.镇铸截齿具有耐磨、抗弯曲的优点,但有折断现象;而锻造钎焊截齿抗折断性好,但耐磨、抗弯曲性远低于镶铸截齿.镶铸截齿的使用寿命可达锻造钎焊截齿的4倍以上.
The damage styles of cast-in cutting pick and hard-solder forging cutting pick are analyzedaccording to the comparing experiment under coal mining well. The cast-in cutting pick possess the advantages ofhigh wear resistance and hard to be bent but sometimes it can be broken While the hard-solder forging cutting pick pickcan be hardly broken but its wear resistance is much less than that of the cast-in cutting pick The overall service lifeof cast-in cutting pick can be 4 times more than that of the hard-solder forging cutting pick-
