摘要
信息化战争进程的加快,使得武器装备作战需求论证具有更强的时效性、难预测性。从面向未来的视角,提出了基于设计的武器装备需求论证方法,给出了作战需求论证的基本流程,并对流程中各个阶段参与的专家、需要完成的主要任务、专家和任务之间的关系等进行了分析。
With the fast process of Information-based war,there are more and more timeliness and unpredictability for Operation Requirement Demonstration of Weapon and Equipmen.The methods of Operation Requirement Demonstration of Weapon and Equipmen based on War Design Engineering is present,and also the logic flow framework is given.The main mission,the participant experts and the relationship of every phase are also discussed.
