摘要
目的调查深圳市社区护士职业倦怠、职业认同及工作压力现状,并分析职业认同及工作压力对职业倦怠的影响。方法采用职业倦怠量表、护士职业认同评定量表和护士工作压力源量表,对深圳市50个社区健康服务中心的298名社区护士进行问卷调查。结果深圳市社区护士职业倦怠程度高于常模(P<0.01);179名(60.07%)社区护士职业认同偏低;职业认同、工作压力对职业倦怠的3个维度均有显著预测效果(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论深圳市社区护士职业倦怠现象不容忽视,提高社区护士职业认同等内在动力是预防职业倦怠发生的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the present situation of job burnout, professional identity and job stressors of community nurses in Shenzhen,to analyze the influence of professional identity and job stressors on job burnout. Methods Maslach's Burnout Inventory, Nurse Professional Identity Assessment Scale and Nurses Job Stressors Scale were used to investigate 298 community nurses from 50 community health centres in Shenzhen. Results The degree of job burn- out of community nurses in Shenzhen was higher than norm (P 〈0.01 ). In 298 community nurses,there were 179(60.07% ) persons with low scores on the test of professional identity. Professional identity and job stressors had significantly effect on the three dimensions of job burnout ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The present situation of job burnout is severe among community nurses in Shenzhen. Improving the level of professional identity is an important method to prevent job burnout.
