摘要
在脊椎动物中 ,鱼类是性别决定方式最为多样的一个类群 .与高等脊椎动物一样 ,鱼类性别决定的基础仍然是遗传基因 ,但不同的是在许多鱼类 ,决定性别的基因并不明显地集中于性染色体上 ,常染色体上的基因更多地参与到性别决定中 .另外 ,在发育早期 ,鱼类的性别更明显地表现为双向潜力 :某些外部环境因素能在不同程度上影响鱼类的性别分化 ,从而使鱼类性别决定机制益显复杂 .
Among the vertebrates, sex determination mechanism of fishes is the most diversified. In fishes, genetic components are still the basis of sex determi nati on as in higher vertebrates, but the sex~determining genes are not distinctly co ncentrated on the sex chromosomes because many autosomal genes are also involved in sex determination. In addition, sexuality of fishes is more evidently ex hibi ted as bi~potential during early stages of ontogenesis. In different degrees, so me environmental factors, such as temperature, exogenous hormones etc. , c an influ ence the process of sex differentiation, making the mechanisms of fish sex det ermination even more complex.
