摘要
引入簧杆扭转刚度与平动刚度之比 ,建立了双面立式硬支承动平衡机的平面分离的力学模型 ,分析了采用传统的静力学处理方法所产生的误差及引起误差的主要原因 ,提出了改善平面分离效果的簧杆尺寸修改方法 。
A mechanics model of double plane vertical dynamic balancing machine is constructed by introducing the stiffness ratio of bending and twist of the spring bar. The error and its reason are analyzed by traditional statics. The methods of improving plane separation result and solving the plane separation equation are presented. The value of the error quantificationally by introducing the stiffness ratio of bending and twist of the spring bar are analyzed. By changing the dimension of the spring bar to change the stiffness ratio, the error can be controlled.
