摘要 胶原、聚酯纤维、藻酸盐和羟基磷灰石等目前常用的生物支架材料,复合干细胞后虽都实现了连续的软组织和新生牙本质的形成,近年来研究开发的自组装多肽水凝胶和细胞膜片技术作为新型的细胞支架构建方法,具有独特的优势,有望为真正意义上的牙髓再生开辟新的空间。本文就上述相关内容作一综述。 Biomaterials, such as collagen, polyester, chitosan or hydroxyapatite combined with stem cells may induce the generation of connective tissue and dentin. Self-assembling peptidd hydrogels and cell sheet are promis- ing biomaterial scaffod in dental pulp tissue engineering and regenaration. Related study were reviewed in this paper.
