摘要
综述了国内硬钎焊材料的生产及应用现状,分析了国产硬钎料产品质量方面存在的问题,提出了提高国内硬钎料产品质量技术途径,并对国内钎焊材料的发展方向提出了建议。
The production and the development status of the domestic brazing filler metals were reviewed,the quality problems of the filler metals made in China were analyzed,and the technological approaches to improve the quality were proposed.The new technology and developing direction for the brazing field was introduced.The new researching target of brazing filler metals was analyzed as well.Numerical simulation of brazing process has been applied for brazing technology.The new development of brazing technology has focused on the accuracy control and mechanism investigation of the brazing process.
