2型糖尿病血清尿酸与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系 被引量:1

The relationship between serum level of uric acid and carotid artery intima-media thickness in type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T 2DM)患者血清尿酸(SUA)水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系。方法:2011年8月~2012年6月内分泌科住院的157例T2DM患者,分为高血尿酸组(68例)及正常血尿酸组(89例)。记录患者身高、体重、腰围和臀围,测定空腹血糖(FBG)、血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、IMT,并计算相应的体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:高血尿酸组BMI、WHR、FINS、HOMA-IR、LDL-C、TG、IMT较正常血尿酸组升高(P<0.05),而FBG、TC、HDL-C两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病高血尿酸组更易出现血脂异常、胰岛素抵抗及动脉粥样硬化。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum level of uric acid (SUA) and carotid artery intima - media thickness (IMT) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods:According to level of SUA, a total of 157 patients with T2DM visited in our department of endocrinology from August 2011 to Jun 2012 were divided into high SUA group ( n = 68 ) and normal SUA group ( n = 89) . Their body height,weight ,waist,hip were recorded ,the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) ,serum total cholesterol (TC) ,serum triglyceride(TG),serum high density lipoprotein (HDL -C),serum low density lipoprotein (LDL -C) ,fasting serum insulin (FINS)and IMT were determined, body mass index (BMI), the waist to hip ratio(WHR) and insulin resistance index ( HOMA - IR) were calculated. Results: The levels of BMI, WHR, FINS, HOMA -IR, LDL - C, TG and IMT increased significantly in high SUA group compared with normal SUA group ( P 〈 0.05 ), the levels of FBG, TC and HDL - C had no statistical significance between two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions: High SUA group in T2DM patients had remarkable dyslipidemia,insulin resistance and atherosclerosis.
