摘要
通过对本校女生的铅球教学实验 ,探讨了女生铅球过渡期教学中应注意的一些问题 ,并提出了采用适合女生铅球教学的方法 ,以培养女生对铅球项目的练习兴趣和积极性 ,收到良好的教学效果 。
From shot teaching experiment,the thesis explores the problems,and also proposes some good ideas on how to develop their interest achieve the object and effect.
