深井厚煤层“三硬”围岩巷道应力分布规律及数值模拟分析

摘要 针对河南平禹煤电公司方山煤矿千米井深、厚煤层、"三硬"围岩条件,采用FLAC软件对巷道掘进过程中围岩应力分布规律和支护后巷道的变形情况进行模拟,及巷道掘进过程中冲击地压危险性分析,得出了该条件下巷道围岩垂直应力和水平应力的应力集中系数分别为1.8和1.56,巷道四角外侧剪应力最大。正常掘进情况下,巷道围岩变形量较小,如遇有复杂地质构造或受到采动影响时,巷道所受应力将成倍增加,具有发生冲击地压的危险。 Due to the surrounding rock condition of one thousand meters deep, thick coal seams and "three hard" in Fangshan Coal Mine of Henan Pingyu Coal & Electricity Co., Ltd, surrounding rock stress distribution law during drivage and deformation situation of tunnel after support were simulated by FLAC, analysis of risk of rock burst during tunnel excavation was done, stress concentration factor of ver- tical stress and horizontal stress of surrounding rock of tunnel was 1.8 and 1.56 under such conditions, shearing strength in offside of foursquare of tunnel was biggest. Deformation of surrounding rock of tunnel is small under the normal excavation, tunnel stress will double increase with rock burst risk under com- plex geological structures or subjected to impact of mining.
