摘要
西部开发为农村剩余劳动力的转移开辟了一条广阔的道路。本文通过对青海海东地区农村剩余劳动力的基本状况的分析 ,探讨了海东农村剩余劳动力适应西部开发的转移途径。
The author analyzed the present situation and cheracteristie of rural rabors resources in Haidong area of Qinhai province and put forward some countermeasures of the rural ruiplus labois tiansfeicence.
