摘要
本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳方法 ,对鲤科 (Cypiinidae) 2种鱼类 :青海湖裸鲤 (GymnocyprisPrzewalskii)、鲤鱼 (CypiinusCarpioLinnaeus)的血红蛋白进行了分析研究 ,讨论了两者血红蛋白的种间差异以及它们各自的遗传特异性 ,以期积累生化遗传学资料。以便进一步在生化水平上为鉴别物种的特异性和它们在进化上的亲缘关系提供佐证。结果显示 :两种鱼类各自的血红蛋白谱带稳定 ,但两者之间有较大差异。从扫描图谱分析 ,每种鱼类个体之间血红蛋白电泳结果既有微小的个体特异性 ,又表现较大的一致性。
Hemoglobins in two species of Kessler and Carp from Cyprinidae were studied by using polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The differentiation and species speciality were discussed.The result indicated that:Every individual's hemoglobin phenotype was similar with each other in the same species.But the result of the two different species were different.The two species'hemoglobin phenotypes exhibited species specificity and stability.
