摘要
小型农田水利建设对于农村的生产发展来说是比较关键性的一个条件,小型农田水利工程建设的完善与否在很大程度上制约着农业可持续发展工作的落实的关键,而且它也是关系到人民群众生活状况大事,农村地区的小型农田水利工程建设要是出现疏漏的话,其抗自然灾害的能力就会大大下降,从而导致农业生产受损。本文就小型农田水利工程建设项目出现的一些比较常见但是又很重要的管理问题做了简要的分析并提出了相应的解决方案。
