摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法选择276例糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者作为观察组,另选择健康体检者150例作为对照组。采用彩色多普勒超声仪检测2组足背动脉狭窄及下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成情况。结果观察组足背动脉狭窄率和下肢动脉血管粥样硬化斑块发生率分别为91.7%、90.9%,高于对照组的24.0%、12.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声用于糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断简便易行。
Objective To observe the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound in the detection of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.Methods 276 cases of patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease were chosen as the observation group,150 cases of healthy person were chosen as control group.The dorsalis pedis artery stenosis and lower extremity arterial atherosclerotic plaque formation was detected by color doppler ultrasound in 2 groups.Results The incidence of dorsalis pedis artery stenosis and lower extremity arterial atherosclerotic plaque in observation group was 91.7% and 90.9% respectively,which was higher than 24.0%、12.7% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion It is simple and easy for color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnostic of diabetic lower extremity artery disease.
