生长抑制及DNA损伤诱导基因45在肝细胞性肝癌中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 生长抑制及DNA损伤诱导基因45(GADD45)家族是DNA损伤修复重要相关基因,最初从受紫外线(uV)照射的细胞分离得到,是电离辐射效应基因之二。GADD5家族属于p53、乳腺癌易感基因1(BRCA1)的下游基因,它广泛、稳定地表达在人体细胞特别是在静止期细胞中。
