概述了高血压病的最新诊断指南、分类标准及在治疗方面的新认识．综述了利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、钙拮抗剂及α受体阻滞剂等一线降压药物的适应症、选用原则及常见副作用．
This paper summarizes the latest diagnosing guidance of high blood pressure, offering the classifying criteria and a new understanding of treatment. In the meanwhile, this paper gives a detailed introduction of the applying cases, applying principles and some common side - effectS of the hypertension medicine such as diuretic, B - receptor, paratyzer,angiotensin - converting enzyme, depressant, calcium agonist, A - receptor, and so on.
