放射治疗在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的地位 被引量：3

摘要 非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）约占所有肺癌病例的84％，待临床确诊时有34％为Ⅰ和Ⅱ期，28％为Ⅲ期，38％为Ⅳ期。在各临床分期NSCLC患者治疗中，放疗是重要的局部治疗手段。文献资料显示，约60％～70％的患者在治疗的不同时期需要接受放疗。如何规范化实施放疗进一步提高NSCLC患者疗效是目前临床研究的重要内容。按照临床分期，
