摘要
通过大量的试验 ,将一定量的不饱和聚酯树脂 (UP)和适量的阻燃剂进行优化设计 ,确定出最佳的配方和工艺流程 ,使产品具有很好的阻然性能(氧指数超过 3 1 % )、力学性能 (抗拉伸强度没有明显降低 ) ,从而拓宽了不饱和聚酯树脂的应用领域 .
Based on a great deal of tests,polyester resin (made form binary alcohols and binary carboxylic acids)and moderate flame-retardant agent were optimally compounded,the best prescription and technological process were determined.The product is the best in the function of flame-retardant as well as mechanics.The research widens the applying field of unsaturated polyester resin.
