摘要
提出基于参考点和基于将半面板分成左、中、右三部分的 2种共刀模放码方法 ,并在计算机上实现 .应用实践表明 ,所提出的方法不仅能满足大、中鞋厂需要小部件几个鞋号共用一件刀模的需求 ,也可以满足众多小鞋厂需要更大范围共刀模的要求 .
This paper presents two changing-size techniques of common knife mould based on reference point and on dividing a half-plane board into three parts, left, middle and right. The two methods have been implemented in the computer. The application practice indicates that the methods presented can satisfy not only the requirement of large and medium-sized shoe plants which demand a piece of common knife mould for several shoe sizes, but also the need of numerous small shoe plants which want common knife moulds for different shoe sizes.
