摘要
根据车削时的加工要求和受力情况，建立切削用量优化设计的数学模型，采用惩罚函数法进行优化，得到了切削用量的优化结果。
An optimization mathematical model of cutting elements is founded by technical requirement and forced condition when turning. The optimum of cutting elements is got by using penalty function method.
