摘要
探索了利用膨胀石墨蠕虫作导电填料 ,丙烯酸清漆作为粘结剂的新型涂层的导电性能。分析了涂层厚度 ,温度及填料含量等与电阻率的关系。结果表明该种新型导电涂料与传统的粉末混合添加型涂层 ,具有迥异的电阻特性。它的体积电阻率绝对值比后者低一个数量级 ,达 0 .0 2 Ω· cm左右 ,而且几乎不随填料加入量而变化 ,具有非常稳定的体积电阻率。显示其导电机理与传统的石墨填料不同。经计算 ,该种涂层是一种优良的静电屏蔽和导静电材料 ,电磁屏蔽效能达 40 d B以上 ,水中加热功率密度达到 7W/ cm2左右。
Expanded graphite worm was used as the filler in the coating of acrylic acid varnish binder, its electric conductivity was tested, and the relationship of coating thickness, composition and temperature with resistivity was investigated. Results show that the new coating has different performance of resistivity compared with conventional powder filling coating. The bulk resistivity is one order of magnitube lower than that of the powder filling coating, reaching about 0.02 Ω·cm, which is nearly independent of the amount of the worm. The coating is an excellent material for static shield and electrostatic conductivity. The value of static shield reaches above 40 dB, and the heating power of the paint in water is about 7 W/cm 2.
