摘要
简要回顾了消防业务训练改革的历史,总结了消防业务训练中长期存在的问题,结合新修订实施的消防法对灭火救援训练的新要求,从训练意识、内容、环境和施训方法等四个方面,分析阐述了实战化训练的内涵。在营造实战化的训练环境方面,应以信息化建设为基础,利用计算机网络和虚拟现实技术,构建灭火救援协同模拟训练环境,并大力应用推广。
This paper systematically reviews the history process of firefighting training reform,summarizes the problems existing in firefighting training,and discusses the significance of firefighting training and intension from different respects,such as training awareness,content,environment and method etc.,based on the demands of the Fire Protection Law recently revised.It also emphasize that it is an important way for fire department to build a realistic training environment by developing and applying the simulation training system to fire fighting and rescue using information technology such as AI and VR.
