摘要
我国石油、化工原料库区不断增多,大型油罐日益集中,火灾事故频发,大型油罐火灾事故发生后,仅靠本地区的救援力量已经不能满足这类重特大火灾的灭火救援行动需要,必须要建立跨区域联合救援体制和机制。以一起大型油罐火灾事故为例,分析了动态立体灭火救援圈理论在火灾扑救中的实践应用过程。
In this paper,a practical application of the theory,dynamic and tri-dimensional circle for fire-fighting and rescue,was analyzed based on a large oil tank fire.
