摘要
通过扫描电子显微镜观察了热解石墨的表面和断面形貌及显微组织结构 ,分析了热解石墨中各种缺陷形成的原因 ,探讨了沉积工艺参数对热解石墨显微组织结构的影响。
The surface appearance and cross-sectional of the pyrolytic graphite was observed by using scanning electron miroscopy.and the cause of the production of various defects have been analysed in the pyrolytic graphite.Influence of deposited technological parameter on the microstructure of the pyrolytic graphite were explored.
