摘要
用杂多酸为催化剂 ,以二甘醇为原料合成二氧六环。结果表明 ,用磷钨酸做催化剂 ,反应转化率为 99% ,二氧六环的选择性为 96%。其适宜的工艺条件为 :反应温度 170~ 180℃ ,反应时间 3h ,催化剂用量 1 0 %~ 1.5% (m )。所得产品纯度≥ 99% ,水分≤ 0 .2 %。
A product, 1,4 dioxane, with more than 99% purity and less than 2% moisture was synthesized by the heteropolyacid catalysis taking diethylene glycol as the raw material. The optimum temperature of reaction was between 170℃ and 180℃, time 3h and amounts of catalyst 1.0%~1.5%. The conversion ratio was more than 99% and the selectivity more than 96% in the selecting conditions.
