Multi-satellites Observing Scheduling Based on Dynamic Task Merging for Disaster Monitoring

摘要 洪水灾害是当今世界上最严重的自然灾害之一,对其进行科学有效的监测是科学防灾减灾的基础,也是目前国内外学者研究的热点和难点问题。将点目标及区域目标按照卫星观测机会分解成元任务,设计了一种改进模拟退火算法进行求解。实例验证了方法的有效性。 Compared with ground observation, the remote sensing data obtained by satellites enjoy a wide cov- erage and high observation frequency and can provide more reliable facts. The satellite remote sensing service has become an important support for national disaster prevention and mitigation and fighting for climate change. The dy- namic merging observation scheduling of remote sensing satellites is studied and analyzed the premise for merging of multiple observation tasks. The simulation example shows that this approach can improve the observation efficiency of satellites effectively.
