摘要
提出对碱厂碳化过程的控制 ,分两个阶段实施 :第一阶段用集散型控制系统代替常规仪表对生产进行控制与管理 ;第二阶段用上位机实现优化控制。其中第一阶段主要控制对象为下段CO2 气总管压力、碳化塔塔底压力与出碱流量。并建立了碳化塔数学模型 。
The controlling of carbonation in soda production was carried out in two stages that first one conventional instruments were replaced with DCS to control and manage the production,and second one the controlling process was optimized with steering computer.The mainly controlling objects of the first stage were pressure of CO 2 mainpipe of lower part,bottom pressure of carbonation tower and the output of soda.The mathematics model of carbonation tower was built up and the running diagram of the computer was given.
