讨论了基于电流模式电流镜积分器结构的实现及其单元电路 ,阐述了利用信号流图法设计连续时间电流模式滤波器的方法 ,给出了用 CMOS实现的电路及
A current mode biintegrator filter based on current mirror circuit with simple structure and excellent performance is proposed. The filters have the advantages such as low sensitivity,lower power supply,higher frequency etc.The PSPICE simulation at the CMOS transistor level is carried out and the results show that the proposed circuit is feasible.
