摘要
目的探讨米非司酮结合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将120例子宫肌瘤病例随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组单纯口服米非司酮3个月;而治疗组在口服米非司酮的基础上加服桂枝茯苓胶囊;比较2个组治疗前后的肌瘤体积、激素水平、疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组的子宫肌瘤体积、孕酮水平治疗后均明显小于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的治愈率、显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊可明显缩小子宫肌瘤体积、降低激素水平、提高远期疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。
[Objective]To explore the curative effect of Mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsule in treatment of hysteromyoma,provide the basis for clinical treatment.[Methods]120 cases of hysteromyoma were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=60） and the control group（n=60）.The control group was treated with Mifepristone orally for 3 months,and the treatment group was given Guizhi Fuling Capsule orally on the basis of Mifepristone.The hysteromyoma volume,hormone level,curative effect and adverse effect before and after treatment between two groups were compared.[Results]After treatment,the hysteromyoma volume and progesterone level in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.01）,and the cure rate,obvious effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsule can obviously reduce the hysteromyoma volume,decrease the hormone level,and improve the long-term effect,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
