摘要
目的评价FP-7Ahmed青光眼引流阀治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月~2011年10月收治住院行FP-7Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗的100例（100只眼）新生血管性青光眼患者的临床资料。患者随访时间为术后1 d、1周、1个月及之后的每3个月随访1次。随访内容主要包括患者观察患者术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月及末次随访眼压、手术成功率及并发症情况。结果本组患者术前眼压（39.5±9.7）mm Hg;术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月及末次随访眼压分别为（19.2±8.9）、（11.8±3.8）、（13.7±4.8）、（16.9±5.3）、（16.9±6.8）mm Hg。不同时间点的眼压比较,差异有统计学意义（F=9.26,P〈0.05）。FP-7Ahmed引流阀植入术完全成功率为81%（81/100）,部分成功率为11%（11/100）,总成功率为92%（92/100）;术后并发症主要包括引流管阻塞1例、引流管暴露2例、引流管接触晶状体5例,对症治疗处理后眼压均可控制。结论 FP-7Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼,安全有效,并发症少,可以作为新生血管性青光眼患者的首选治疗方式之一。
Objective To evaluate the effect of FP-7Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with neovascular glaucoma（100 eyes） treated with FP-7Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation from January 2008 to October 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were followed up for one time in the 1 d,1 week,1 month and every 3 months after operation.The follow-up content mainly included intraocular pressure,the success rate and complications of patients in 1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and the last time follow-up.Results Preoperative intraocular pressure of the patients was（39.5±9.7） mm Hg;and intraocular pressure in 1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and the last time of follow-up were（19.2±8.9）,（11.8±3.8）,（13.7±4.8）,（16.9±5.3）,（16.9±6.8） mm Hg,respectively;intraocular pressure in different time points were compared,the difference was statistically significant（F = 9.26,P 0.05）.Completely success rate of FP-7 Ahmed drainage valve implantation was 81%（81/100）,part success rate was 11%（11/100）,the total success rate was 92%（92/100）;postoperative complication included the tube obstruction in 1 case,tube exposed in 2 cases,the tube contact lens in 5 cases,and intraocular pressure can be controlled after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion FP-7 Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma,the complication is little,so can be used as one of the preferred treatment method.
