摘要
目的探讨左氧氟沙星注射液人体药代动力学情况。方法对左氧氟沙星注射液进行色谱分析,并测定供试品与标准品的血药浓度,判断其生物等效性。结果左氧氟沙星标准品浓度在0.05～8.00pg/mL范围内有很好的线性关系,血清中左氧氟沙星的平均含量为101.9%。两种注射液的参数生物等效。结论左氧氟沙星注射液有很好的血药峰浓度与相对生物利用度,有利于左氧氟沙星杀菌作用的发挥。
Objective To discuss the human pharmacokinetic situation of levofloxacin injection. Methods Chromatographic analysis was carried on the levofloxacin injection, and then blood concentrations were determined in both samples and standard ones to estimate their bioequivalence. Results The concentrations of standard substance of levofloxacin injection ranging had a good linear relation from 0.05 to 8.00 pg/mL. The average content rate of levofloxacin injection in blood serum was 101.9%. Parameters in the two kinds of injections were in bioequivalence. Conclusion The levofloxacin injection demonstrates favorable drug peak concentration in blood and relative bioavailability, which is beneficial to exert its bactericidal effect.
