摘要
心脏听诊是全科医师重要的基本功。心脏听诊具有最佳的价格/效益比。但大多数年轻医师可能会发现其难以完全掌握,从而在一定程度上阻碍了全科医师的学习和提高。本文结合笔者对全科医师的带教经验,介绍了几点心脏听诊教学的体会。
Cardiac auscultation is very important for general medical practitioners in the early diagnosis of some serious diseases such as congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease. In fact, cardiac auscultation has the best price/benefit ratio. But most the general practitioners may find it difficult to fully grasp the practice of cardiac auscultation, hence to some extent hindered the general practitioner to learn and improve. Cardiac auscultation technology tend to be ignored recently. Something must be done to defense the stethoscope.
