肺部侵袭性曲霉菌感染的实验室检查 被引量：9

摘要 目的了解半乳甘露聚糖(GM试验)和β-1,3-D葡聚糖(G试验)在肺侵袭性曲霉菌感染检查中的作用,为临床诊断肺曲霉菌病提供帮助。方法对该院2011年1～12月32例临床疑似肺曲霉菌感染患者的痰液、肺泡灌洗液及静脉血分别作培养、G试验、GM试验。结果 32例痰及肺泡灌洗液培养均有丝状菌生长,而G试验阳性的有29例,GM试验阳性的有27例。结论 G试验和GM试验因操作简便,报告时间较快以及具有一定的特异性和敏感性已成为肺曲霉菌感染非常重要的实验室检查手段。
