摘要
目的:观察针药结合治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予盆底肌功能训练、口服盐酸米多君片;治疗组采用针刺结合补中益气汤治疗。两组于治疗8周后采用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表来对比疗效。结果:两组治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组治疗后组间差值比较和评分疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine treatment in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each group.The control group was given muscle function training and oral midodrine hydrochloride tablet and the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment combined with buzhong yiqi decoction.Compare the curative effect using international uroclepsia advisory committee questionnaire after eight weeks treatment.Results：Compare the curative effect in each group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compare the difference and score curative effect,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combined acupuncture and medicine treatment have distinct curative effect in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
