摘要
目的:运用中医辨证施治,探讨治疗老年皮肤瘙痒的有效方法。方法:从分型辨治出发,结合典型病例,总结治疗老年皮肤瘙痒的方法。结果:辨证分为外寒内热型、湿热内生型、肝郁化火型、血虚风燥型、阴虚内热型,采用疏风散寒、清热止痒的荆防败毒散,清热利湿止痒的龙胆泻肝汤,疏肝清热、祛风止痒的丹栀逍遥散,养血润燥、祛风止痒的四物汤,滋阴清热、祛风止痒的知柏地黄丸等方法治疗老年皮肤瘙痒可收到较好临床疗效。结论:辨证治疗老年皮肤瘙痒疗效较好。
Objective：To discuss the effective treatment of senile skin itch with syndrome differentiation-treatment.Methods：To summarize the treatment of senile skin itch from typing syndrome differentiation combined with typical cases.Results：Syndrome differentiation is divided into external cold internal thermal type,damp endogenous type,fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI type,blood deficiency and wind dryness type,YIN-deficiency and interior-heat type.Using expelling wind and scattered cold and clearing heat of Jinfangbaidusan,clearing away heat evil and promoting dieresis of Longdanxiegantang,soothing liver,dispelling wind and arresting itching of Danzhixiaoyaowan,moisturize dryness by nourishing blood and dispelling wind and arresting itching of Siwutang,nourishing yin clearing heat and antipruritic of Zhimodihuangwan can receive better clinical curative effect.Conclusion：The differentiation of symptoms and signs treatment of senile itchy skin curative effect is good.
