摘要
目的:探讨疏风凉血方对过敏性紫癜患儿血清中细胞因子IL-6、IL-8水平的影响。方法:将68例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为对照组34例和治疗组34例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上服用自拟疏风凉血方。用放射免疫法检测患儿血清中IL-6、IL-8水平。结果:对照组有效率为70.6%,治疗组有效率为94.1%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗1月后,IL-6、IL-8水平与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组治疗后IL-6、IL-8水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟疏风凉血方可以降低患儿血清中IL-6、IL-8的水平,提高过敏性紫癜患儿的近期疗效,并且预防紫癜性肾炎的发生。
Objective：To explore the influence of Shufengliangxue prescription on IL-6 and IL-8 in serum of anaphylactoid purpura child.Methods：68 patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment of western medicine and the treatment group was given additional self-made Shufengliangxue prescription based on the control group.Use radio-immunity method to detect IL-6 and IL-8.Results：The effective rate was 70.6% in control group and 94.1% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared the IL-6 and IL-8 level,the difference was statistically significant in the treatment after 1 month of therapy（P0.05）.But the control group was in contrast（P0.05）.Conclusion：Self-made Shufengliangxue prescription can reduce IL-6 and IL-8 levels,improve recent curative effect and prevent the occurrence of purpura nephritis.
