摘要
目的:观察加味柴胡疏肝散治疗乳腺囊性增生的临床疗效。方法:对86例乳腺囊性增生患者运用加味柴胡疏肝散(柴胡12 g,枳壳12 g,陈皮15 g,白芍15 g,川芎12 g,香附12 g,瓜蒌20 g,浙贝母15 g,生牡蛎30 g,山慈菇15 g,夏枯草30 g,荔枝核30 g,炮穿山甲15 g,当归15 g,桃仁15 g,红花15 g,炙甘草6 g),每日1剂,早晚分2次服。结果:治愈62例,显效22例,无效2例,有效率为97.67%。结论:加味柴胡疏肝散治疗乳腺囊性增生疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of chaihu shugan san flavored in the treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia.Methods：86 cases with breast cystic hyperplasia were given chaihu shugan san flavored（chaihu 12 g,zhiqiao 12 g,chenpi 15 g,baishao 15 g,chuanqiong 12 g,xiangfu 12 g,gualou 20 g,beimu 15 g,shengmuli 30 g,shancigu 15 g,xiakucao 30 g,lizhihe 30 g,paochuanshanjia 15 g,danggui 15 g,taoren 15 g,honghua 15 g,zhigancao 6 g）,1 agent every day,2 times in morning and evening.Results：62 cases were cured,22 cases powerfully,2 cases invalid,the effective rate was 97.67%.Conclusion：External application of chaihu shugan san flavored in the treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia has satisfied curative effect.
