摘要
目的:概述糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的相关危险因素及治疗近况。方法:通过文献检索,阐述DR与糖尿病(DM)病程、血脂、血压及尿微量蛋白之间的关系;从西医治疗、中医治疗两个方面论述DR的治疗近况。结果:DR是一个长期的病理过程,与多种因素密切相关。治疗上,主要是在控制高血糖、高血压、高血黏度等全身治疗的基础上,按照糖尿病性视网膜病变的分型、分期采取相应的治疗,如药物、激光和手术。结论:在临床上应该重视DR的预防,定期复查眼底,早发现、早治疗,对降低DR的患病率和致盲率有重要意义。
Objective：To overview the diabetic retinopathy correlated risk factor and recent treatment.Methods：To expound the pathogenesis,blood fat,the relationship between blood pressure and urine small protein through the literature search.Discussed the recent treatment of diabetic retinopathy from the treatment of western medicine and Chinese medicine.Results：DR is a long-term pathological process and a variety of factors closely related.Take corresponding treatment,such as drugs,laser and surgery according to the diabetic retinopathy typing based on regulating high blood sugar,high blood pressure,high blood viscosity and treatment all over the body.Conclusion：In clinical should think highly of DR prevention,early detection and early treatment are important to reduce the prevalence and blindness of DR.
