摘要
目的:探讨采用中药外洗配合激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将58例妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组采用CO2激光祛除瘤体后,再用自拟中药洗液外洗;对照组单纯采用CO2激光治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为78.57%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者妊娠结局及围产儿结局情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药外洗配合激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣疗效确定,不良反应小。
Objective：To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine washout combined with Laser therapy for condyloma acuminatum in gestational period.Methods：58 cases of condyloma acuminatum were divided into treatment group（n=30）and control group（n=28）according to random digits table.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine washout after CO2 laser treatment.The Control group was only given CO2 laser treatment.Results：The effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 78.57% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared the pregnancy outcome and perinatal infants situation,the difference wasn′t statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine washout combined with laser therapy for condyloma acuminatum in gestational period has curative effect and small adverse reaction.
