摘要
目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的中医认识与治疗规律。方法:从MDS中医病名、病因病机、中医治疗等方面出发,阐述中医对MDS的认识。结果:中医认为MDS是内外因共同作用所致,病机是正虚邪实,主要为脾肾两虚,邪毒侵袭。正邪消长而表现为不同病程阶段,治疗因此不同。结论:中医通过辨证论治,分阶段治疗MDS,可取得一定疗效。
Objective：To study the understanding and treatment of Myelodysplastic syndrome by TCM.Methods：To discuss the recognition of MDS from disease pathogenesis and Chinese medicine treatment.Results：MDS is caused by internal and external factors.The pathogenesis is asthenia healthy qi and sthenia pathogenic factor syndrome,as well as asthenia of both the spleen and kidney and pathogenic factor invasion.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine can achieve certain curative effect through the dialectical treatment and grading treatment.
