摘要
目的:探讨张文高教授运用益气养阴活血方治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的临床经验。方法:通过对益气养阴活血方治疗原则、药物比例、药物组成的分析,明确益气养阴活血方治疗冠心病的中医机理,并通过临床病例的介绍彰显益气养阴活血方比较传统西医治疗方式的疗效优势。结果:益气养阴活血方疗效确切。结论:张文高教授采用益气养阴活血方加减治疗冠心病,可取得良好的临床疗效。
Objective：To study the clinical experience of professor Zhang Wengao use yiqi yangyin houxue prescription in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（coronary heart disease）.Methods：To identify the TCM mechanism of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription through its therapeutic principles,drug proportion and drug composition.Compare the advantage of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription with western medicine treatment through the introduction of clinical cases.Results：Flavored Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription by Professor Zhang Wengao for coronary heart disease can achieve good clinical curative effect.Conclusion：The curative effect mechanism of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription is worth further research.
