摘要
通过重庆市及其40个区(县)市产业投资的时空对比分析发现:三次产业投资规模比例不协调,投资额与投资效率之间不成比例,投资空间分布不均衡,区域经济梯度和投资梯度不一致,分析认为以上特点主要是由于自然禀赋差异、社会经济发展水平、国家政策和区域金融政策的差异导致的;最后,从投资规模,投资效率和空间分布3个方面提出重庆市产业投资结构优化的对策建议。
Through the comparative analysis of industrial investment space-time of Chongqing and its 40 districts （ or counties）, this paper finds that the tertiary industry investment scale proportion is not coordinative, that investment capital and investment efficiency are not proportionate, that investment space distribution is not equilibrium and that regional economic gradient and investment gradient are not consistent. The analysis reveals that the above features are mainly caused by the difference in natural endowment, social and economic development level, national policy and regional financial policy. The suggestions for optimizing Chongqing＇ s industrial investment structure are put forward from such three perspectives as investment scale, investment efficiency and space distribution.
