成骨细胞特异性转录因子Osterix研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 2002年Nakashima等[1]发现了新的转录因子—成骨细胞特异性转录因子Osterix(OSX),其具有的锌指基序结构域能与真核细胞启动子结合,调控基因转录[2],并调控许多重要成骨细胞晚期表型和功能蛋白的表达,如Ι型胶原、骨桥素、骨涎蛋白及骨钙素等,并合成基质,发生矿化反应,
