多侧孔锥形拉深件一道次冲裁模具设计

摘要 车辆变速器内圆锥滚子轴承的保持架精度及质量会影响滚子的滚动情况,直接影响轴承的性能。针对圆锥保持架侧向冲孔传统加工方法精度不高、效率低的弊端,根据保持架侧向窗孔工作性能要求,设计出能同时由内向外冲裁圆锥保持架多个窗孔的一道次模具,提高成形效率,降低模具成本,同时减少孔梁弯曲、等分差等缺陷,达到冲孔的精度要求。 In vehicle transmission, accuracy and quality of taper roller bearing retainer will affect roller rolling condition, which directly affect bearing performance. To deal with the drawback of taper retainer lateral punching in traditional processing method, which is not accurate and efficient enough, based on performance requirement of retainer lateral holes, one pass punching die was designed which can punch multiple holes for taper retainer from inside to outside once at a time. Forming efficiency was improved, die cost was reduced and thus punching can meet the requirement of accuracy with less defects of hole beams bending and devision differences.
