摘要
在工程实际中,常见同一产品具有多方向、多数量的孔。传统制造方法是通过斜楔滑块结构来实现,结构复杂。无斜楔多角度冲孔模利用细小钢球作为介质进行多方位冲孔,相比传统成形方法模具结构简单,特别是多方向同时冲孔优势更加明显,而且解决了液体介质密封困难的问题。
Products with lots of holes in multi-angles are common in engineering applications. It can be achieved by a complex structure with inclined-wedge in traditional manufacturing. Using steel balls as medium, multi-angle punching without inclined-wedge had a simpler structure. Advantages were more apparent when it came to simultaneously multi-angle punching. Also, it had solved the liquid medium sealing problem.
