OFDMA Resource Allocation Based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm

摘要 针对OFDMA系统,提出了基于边缘自适应(MA)准则的子载波分配算法,该算法基于一种新颖的自适应遗传算法.在新算法中的交叉概率、变异概率随着群体适应度的改变而改变,同时在该算法的初始种群中加入优秀基因的个体,使得算法快速收敛,并能搜寻到优秀的子载波分配方案.仿真结果表明:新算法与已有分布式算法、遗传算法相比较,在性能上有较大的改善,并远优于静态的频分多址资源分配方式. For 0FDMA system, a subcarrier allocation method based on a novel adaptive genetic algorithm for Margin Adaptive (MA) problem is proposed. In the genetic algorithm, the crossover probability and mutation probability vary in accordance with the diversity of population, while the individual with excellent genes is added to the initial population, which helps speed up the convergence and search a good subcarrier allocation scheme. Simulation results reveal that, compared with existing distributed algorithm and genetic algorithm, the proposed algorithm has improved performance greatly, and is found to be much superior to resource allocation in the static frequency division multiple access.
