摘要
目的:观察腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将肛肠术后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组采用腧穴热敏化艾灸法治疗,对照组采用传统方法治疗,对2组的疗效进行统计学分析和比较。结果:治疗组显效19例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率90.32%;对照组显效13例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率64.52%。治疗组和对照组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗肛肠术后尿潴留疗效确切,简单易行。
Objective：To explore clinical effects of heat sensitization moxibustion of the acupoints in treating urinary retention in patients with anorectal operation.Method：All 62 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group equally.The treatment groups received heat sensitization moxibustion of the acupoints and the control group traditional therapy.Clinical effects of both groups were statically analyzed and compared.Result：There were 19 cases markedly effective,nine cases effective and three cases ineffective in the treatment group,and its total effective rate was 90.32%;13 cases were markedly effective,seven cases effective and 11 cases ineffective in the control group,and total effective rate was 64.52%.The difference in curative effects of both groups suggested statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion：Heat sensitization Moxibustion of the acupoints is safe and effective in treating urinary retention in patients with anorectal operation.
