摘要
目的探讨抢救设备质控小组对提高全院护士心电监护使用技能的作用。方法对全院398例使用心电监护仪病例进行分析,发现问题221项,针对问题分析原因并制定相应对策组织实施,实施后对341例使用心电监护病例进行效果检查。结果通过抢救设备质控小组监控,规范了护士对心电监护仪的使用,提高了心电监护仪监测正确性,降低患者损伤发生率。结论抢救设备质控小组对提高护士心电监护使用技能取得了很大的效果,是护理管理中一种行之有效的方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore the role of rescue equipment quality control team in improving nurses＂ skills of using ECG monitor in our hospital Method 221 problems were found in the analysis of 398 cases which used ECG monitor. Corresponding measures were taken after analyzing the causes behind the problems, and follow-up effect examinations of 341 cases were done. Result The supervision by the rescue equipment quality control team has standardized nurses＂ use of ECG monitor, increased the correctness of ECG monitoring and reduced the occurrence rate of patient damage. Conclusion The supervision by the rescue equipment quality control team is very effective in improving nurses＂ skills of using ECG monitor. It is effective in nursing management and thus worth promoting.
