To create a way of improving the medical service quality, controlling medical cost reasonably and increasing the hospital income steadily, designated hospitals should adapt to the changing development model of health insurance through learning and propagandizing health insurance policy, build health insurance culture and establish relative management and performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism to form an atmosphere of ＇flourishing hospital through health insurance＇. Under the universal health insurance coverage, ＇flourishing hospital through health insurance＇ is sure way to sustainable development for health facilities. Who go early and go well, who can benefit early and benefit greatly.
