摘要
户外应急救援是户外运动的安全保障,空间位置信息是户外应急救援工作的核心需求,本文对地理信息在户外应急救援的整合应用进行探讨,分析两者的密切联系和应用特性,介绍了当前现状下户外救援和地图导航工作的快速开展方式,设计并实现基于地理信息的户外应急救援系统,为信息化的户外应急救援体系建设提出了实效方案。
Outdoor emergency rescue provides security for outdoor activities, but scientific rescue methods and outdoor rescue system are still blind spot in China. Spatial location information is the core needs of outdoor emergency rescue, in recent years, the rapid development of geographic information industry and the construction of many provincial and municipal spatial geographic information sharing provide an appropriate entry point for the integration of outdoor emergency rescue and geographic information. The paper ana- lyzed geographic information and outdoor emergency rescue, investigated their relations and characteristics, introduced convenient method of current map navigation work in outdoor rescue, designed and implemented an Outdoor Emergency Rescue System based on geographic information, and made an efficient program for the information construction of outdoor emergency rescue application.
